"Mark arrived on time and provided the best quote for the tree services requested. For the second time in two years, we hired Mark and his crew at Clean Cut Trees to clear more of our property. Like the first time, Mark and his crew arrived on time and performed the job they said they would. They worked safely and efficiently, and expertly to remove several mature trees threatening to fall on our home during high wind. "After many delays due to weather they started on a Friday afternoon around 3pm and worked til 6pm. They returned early Saturday morning and completed the tree removal and cleanup by 6pm Saturday. Stump grinding happened on Monday. Given the big job and complicated nature of the project (12 trees), some of the grounds were torn up but again given the size of the job, it was understandable. Clean up could have been better but mostly everything was professionally done. I'd use them again.

In spite of the fact that Shinya was only there to provide an estimate, he removed the dead mother raccoon from my attic and took it away with him. After I hired him, he was extremely responsive in spite of my calling him several times when I thought I heard more babies in the attic--all false alarms. His crew was prompt, completely thorough, and entirely professional. They found and blocked off every possible entrance point, and even trimmed overhanging branches from the trees near the house. In addition, Shinya clearly cares about wildlife and will even relocate animals when possible. His work is guaranteed for a year, and I have had no further problems in the months since he did the work."

"I called him at about 11 am for a quote.  He was at my house by 5 pm.  I had 3 other companies quote the job also.  
AJ was the best overall deal based on price, service and time frame.  I just really got a good feeling.  He was very prepared and very low pressure.  He gave me all the details to think about.  He had his business license, insurance declaration page, and worksman comp page ready a willing to show.  
I settled on them.  He said they would be there at 8 the next day.  they were at my home EXACTLY at 8 and all  trees were cut down, chipped into the truck, and the are was blown clean BY 11:30.  
i asked he he wanted me to pay and he said "THE JOB IS NOT DONE UNTIL THE STUMP GRINDER FINISHED"  The stump grinder came at 3 and it was 100% complete by 4.
The absolute best experience I have had with a contractor in a LONG TIME.

"We had to coordinate the removal of three stumps from out of town - obviously never ideal to not be there when the work is performed.  Beene responded quickly to my email request and showed up very shortly thereafter to perform the work.  The price originally quoted ended up being a bit lower than actual, but based on the owner's comments regarding the size of the stumps, I accepted.  When we showed up three weeks later, what had been left was very disappointing.  There was no attempt to smooth out the wood shavings and they were piled high.  We had to get out rakes and shovels to smooth out the area.  In addition, the grinder must've been pointed at the house and our home was pummeled by wood shrapnel.  It was stuck everywhere in the windows and on the porch and stained the vinyl siding.  Instead of finding a neat yard to come home to, we ended up spending the day smoothing out piles of wood shavings, sweeping off all the ones stuck to the house and scrubbing the siding with a brush to remove all the stains.  They did the job they were paid to do, but did not appear to take any pride in their work or any care to our home.
