"We had Emerson Paints paint the exterior of our home. This company is so professional. They got my appointment within two weeks like I had asked. When I had questions or concerns they answered everything in such a friendly, calming and professional manner. The painter was friendly and so kind and worked so hard. Our house looks amazing and brand new. They were careful to tape up all the areas that weren't getting painted and I even saw the painter go around with a brush touching up tiny little spots and he didn't leave until he had it all done. When the job was finished everything was cleaned up and moved back into place. The next day I got a call from the office so they could make sure I was satisfied."

"The hardest part of painting is the preparation needed for a quality paint job. I had an old wooden siding house that was built in 1892. In addition to scraping the wood, it was necessary to sand the bare spots to remove the layer of oxidation. Without this prep work, the final layer of paint simply will not adhere to the wood. William and his crew did all of this even under the most adverse circumstances (i.e., it was the hottest week if the summer). William and his crew are the hardest working and most conscientious tradesmen I have had the pleasure of working with. As a customer, my standards are high and this company more than exceeded them. "I have to say the Williams' seem like such nice people but I found I had to be careful to watch what was being done and ask for corrections. They speak Spanish and Mrs. Williams does the interpreting. I think language did cause some difficulty but quality of work is not based on language spoken. First day was done well then quality of work went downhill from there. They never taped off trim or removed door hinges or knobs. Paint is were it should not be. I'm still finding places that have to have paint removed. I pointed out several places where they goofed and they did make an effort to correct them. But many goofs are still present. I had to repaint several places myself and I keep finding more places that were poorly done. They did some caulking too and it had to be redone a week later. The cost kept increasing as well."
