Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. All my doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. I'm so happy and plan to hire them again for my upcoming home improvement projects. They are awesome! "Certapro was a complete train wreck to work with. They painted blue cabinets in the front yard, straight on the grass leaving blue outlines.. The painters screwed up 4 brand new doors in the house, and the repairman the company sent made it worse - so much so that I had to have the installer come out and fix them. They got paint on carpet. Paint on original hardwood floors, paint on blinds, curtains and curtain rods (even though I personally removed them). They put full size woodscrews in the kitchen cabinet Hinges and now the doors are LITERALLY FALLING OFF. The list goes on and on. Save yourself some $ and headaches and go elsewhere. Thank me later."

"The tile work was very well done. We had picked out the tile before work was started, but Ronnie went and picked it up. He talked about the different layouts and he answered all of our questions. We really liked the threshold design that went in the doorways when the tile pattern changed direction. There was a nice selection of granite for the countertops, and the finished installation looks very nice. He updated the shower, removing a bench and enlarging the doorway. He added tile insets to hold toiletries. Excellent attention to detail. I was "griping" about having to paint the master bathroom and closet, and he added that for a very reasonable fee. He took care of all demolition and debris, and cleaned up daily."
