"Excellent. He told me what he had done to the vents (I could not see what he had done). There were leaves in my second story gutters & he removed them for no extra charge. Very courteous. There was some damage to a few shingles. Told me damage was not bad & replacement wasn't required at this time, but gave me the cost estimate in case I wanted to replace them now. He has not badgered me about making these repairs. I will definitely call him to do the repair when it's necessary."

Had talked to 2 other companies - one salesperson had the worst ADHD ever - kept losing paperwork & the other was meaner than a wet hen - screamed at me for telling him I was going to get 2 other bids -also said he’d “tear the insurance adjuster apart!” Eclipse was completely professional & did the job very quickly."

"Called him. He answered and came soon to look at our house. He was on time, sitting in his car in front of the house; He came to the door about 15 minutes later. He found the problems (where our roof was leaking), and showed us pictures. He called us a day or two later with the estimate. He said it was 1100 bucks. He came the next day after we said OK. He did not do the job since he came alone, and forgot a tool. He came the next day with a partner and finished the job in about 5 hours, where lunch was probably included in that time. He mentioned it was a lot of work, when I saw him on the roof when I came home from work. I knew it did not take that much work since my wife told me what time he started. He knew I did not think it was a lot of time/work. I had complained about the price when he first gave the estimate, and possibly several times after that. When he finished the job, he reduced the initial price by 100 dollars. The new material used on the vertical parts of the roof does not match the original material, which is also on the front of the house. He did say that the original material was prone to leaking. Anyway, it was done very quickly, even though he came from far away. After several months, everything is still fine. I think no shingles were replaced."

"Everybody was so impressed by the work done, and some of my neighbors had their roofs done by them as well. Their pricing was amazingly fair. They were willing to go the extra mile, and instead of tearing it completely down like other companies wanted to do, they jacked the home up to level it, and proceeded with the repairs necessary. They matched the stone work for the home, peeled the roof back and repaired some of the bracing, and they helped make sure the insurance company was covering what they should. They had Insurance come out 3 times to make sure everything was covered that was needed. They call to check on me every once in a while. They were amazing with my autistic son. I would highly recommend them. They are honest, and they were amazing to work with. I was very comfortable, and was extremely happy with everything that was done. You will be very happy you called! They were able to accommodate my schedule so I didn't have to take off work. They came out on a Saturday afternoon, had a quote to me almost immediately, and they started the work the following Tuesday after I got the quote. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone. They really do go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and safe!"

"Everything went fine. Tore  off the old roof....put down plywood over the roof rafters(2nd  and first story) and then installed top quality shingles. The quality of which resulted in a discount on my H/O insurance. Made me a happy camper. They are a professional, quality organization. Came in a timely fashion and did a very good job cleaning up after they replaced my roof. The price was very reasonable given the size of my rood and $4-8000 under other estimates. My experience would be to rehire them. <br />"

"QRS did an excellent job on my roof. Matt Terry is the best. He came to my door and said I needed new roof and that he could help me get it done. So I took the chance and trusted him and he was wonderful. He did all the work with State Farm and I just sat back. I got full replacement on roof, gutters and screens and Matt made that happen.
