"They sent a large crew to get the work done in the shortest possible time considering it was very cold out and getting close to Christmas. All work was completed within about 3 days. All material was cleaned up. All new woodwork was installed around all windows and door. Fiberglass window frames and wood framing was stained to match existing cabinetry. <br /> They went the extra mile and helped me reinstall some of the existing blinds, since I have some difficulty reaching that high. <br /> I would definitely use this company again. <br /> <br />"

"Dan originally came to our house to give us an estimate for a sliding patio door. As we were talking, we decided to have him measure the upstairs windows and give us an estimate for those, too. The rooms upstairs were a good 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house because of the windows. The storm windows were rotted and did not seal.  Due to weather, Dan installed our windows a little later than expected, but did call to let us know about the scheduling. He said he would call the day after Christmas to schedule installation and did just that.  He arrived on time and did the installation quickly (by himself) and showed us the features on the new windows. He even came back the following day (a Saturday) to check and replace some insulation in one window that we were concerned about.  He said would come back to check the remaining windows.  The windows are wonderful and have made a huge difference in the temperature of the bedrooms.  Dan is very professional, and we WILL be calling him again to replace the rest of our windows, and the patio door!! "Although it was later in the year than ideal for concrete sealing (our fault for procrastinating), Corey carefully waited for a string of nice weather days to ensure that the job would come out as expected. He also stated that if the weather did not cooperate then he wouldn't force it, which made us feel very comfortable. Additionally, he also undertands that little jobs often lead to bigger jobs or referrals. He literally jumps through hoops for odd handyman jobs and is currently working on a few more for us (some finish carpentry and wood staining). He has an extremelypositive attitude and is a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to have him do any sort of remodelling work."

"Talked to Neil on the phone the night before, he said he was looking forward to doing the work...very good sign I had a winner!  Neil got there about 5 minutes before he was supposed to be there.  He asked me what I wanted to do first, which was the gutters.  He got right to work, cleaning and then putting on the gutter caps.  He mitered the corners of the gutter caps also, making it a very neat appearance!  I was concerned about the downspouts being clear and he made sure downspouts worked.  I gave him a list for the rest of the things and right down the line he did them:  re-attached mailbox to pole, installed bird feeder pole, hung 2 pictures, replaced furnace filter, replaced water filter in basement, replaced broken toilet seat, fixed pull out drawer in kitchen, took out middle console on front seat of car & replaced with another console.  I gingerly asked him if he would/could do them, but he did not refuse anything I asked him to fix, knew how!!  Neil was amazing!  There wasn't anything he could not do that I asked, <br /> he was very courteous, listened to what I needed. I gave him the things to replace, but had supplies I didn't have (i.e. wall anchors, etc).  He also was very reasonable, I was happy, and he was worth every penny!! <br /> I even gave him an electric scooter that needed a tune up to take home and look at, he will look at it and give me an estimate on repairs. <br /> <br /> <br />"
