"Terrible. Just terrible. Whenever we had a conversation about what was included in our purchase or not, he was ALWAYS switching up his statement. Lou is full of empty promises and we had a poor experience with him. He recommended his brother, Chris Mellilo, to be our contractor. Upfront he seeemed like a good guy but it was our mistake. It took this guy over 6 months to complete 1/2 of our kitchen. BEWARE of Northeast kitchen and his rude and flakey brother who ruined our lives for over 6 months. Find another place to get your cabinets and do not listen to these guys. Terrible, just terrible."

I have been in business for 40 years now and still perform all my own tile work and prep. No sub-contractors. There are never any estimate charges and all workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years! Before you do it yourself or think a bath fitter would be a good alternative, speak too me first. I pride myself in attention to detail, cleanliness and quality craftsmanship.
