"After I purchased my little â Fixer-Upperâ , everyone that came to the house to fix things always made a comment about our roof. When we purchased this house we were told it was a â New Roofâ that has just been put on in March of 2020. When different workmen kept mentioning it, I finally listened and got qualified roofers over to get their opinionâ ¦..and when they agreed, I got bids on a new roof. I got four bids and one was from Temo with TJ Roofing LLC. He went up on the roof and when he came down he sat down with me and told me that I really had a major problem going on with my roof. His honest and caring discussion with pictures and a video of him lifting a corner of a shingle and pulling out a nail with his fingers lead me to choose his family-owned company to take care of my roof. His bid was very competitive to the other bids and very fair. It did not take long after they began to remove the shingles to see what was really wrong with the roof. Whomever had put on the new roof â just put on new shingles over really rotted wood and broken joists. The roof did not have enough vents and the two that were there were blocked and not installed correctly. Temoâ s team worked diligently and quickly and had the roof of the house and garage replaced correctly within 3 days. Their concern for doing a great job and respect for my property showed each and every very long day that they were here. They worked very late one day to be sure that the roof was sealed as we had heavy rain and winds in the middle of the job. I stopped counting on how many times these athletic men went up and down the ladder, lifting and carrying tools and equipment and throwing rotted plywood into their dumpster truck. The cleanup was as meticulous as the job that they did and they even matched the roof of the dog house to the house and garage. "I hired Atlas roofing for my roof rework on two units. They were very professional and straight forward from the beginning (estimate) no sales pressure, no drama, very straight forward and presented the materials right. Pricing I feel was very fair / if not a steal after I saw how well of a job they did on my house. My only complaint was that my project manager went on vacation so there was some miscommunication with the details of my work but Berry handled it in a very professional manner and was very responsive in my communication with him. "I highly recommend Mr. Roof to replace your roof. Paul is an expert. He evaluated our roof and provided a recommendation to us. He chose a new roof asphalt color that matched our 15 year old garage. Our house was built in 1926 and it had four previous roofs that needed removed. Those layers were a shingle roof, two asphalt tile roofs and a cedar shake roof all on a layers of strip wood. He had his team remove that four layered roof. Then he applied plywood sheathing. Then they expertly laid down asphalt shingles. The crew was clean, safe efficient and worked quietly and quickly. "We just had a new roof put on by Northern Pacific. I appreciated their salesman (Kurt) who bid our job and thoroughly explained all the details and patiently answered my many questions. The product they used has a 50 year warranty which doubled the 25 year roof I replaced. The installers were thorough and did a great job with the clean-up afterwards. The communication on a daily basis from Michelle might have been my favorite part of working with Northern Pacific. I got a call every day on the days leading up to the installation informing me about what the situation was with the bad weather. During the job I continued to get the calls which explained exactly where the installers were in the process.
