"My dryer repair was handled promptly and efficiently by Ken at Affordable Appliance."

"I needed the Defrost system assembly replaced in my refrigerator. I called around and I couldn’t afford the prices or just couldn’t get someone to come do it. A friend from Framingham recommended Horizon Appliance Solutions but said they only work in the Ashland area and I live in Boston. A gentleman answered my call was very polite. I explained my situation and the difficulties I’m having finding someone to do the work. He reassured me that someone will come see the job by the end of that same day. They came same day, did the work and charged less than 3 other quotes I received. I cannot thank them enough. In difficult times so good to know there still are good people. Thank you Alex and everyone at Horizon."

"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result!"

"My project was to install two microwaves. TJ is prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and neat. One of the microwave I bought was without the flush hinge. That prevented the door from opening full after it was installed. TJ patiently explained to me the kind that I need to buy and later that day spent extra time to finish my project. Total of 3 installations of microwave done within one day. He is wonderful and did such a superb job. I would recommend hiring TJ."

"Replaced 5 shades and put up blinds. Also installed a ceiling fan where I had a light fixture. Professional and clean 10/10"

"We hired Glenn for several projects: window replacement in the living room, complex sunroom repair, new outside trims around several windows as well as gutter cleaning. We are truly impressed by his highly creative and constructive capabilities, outstanding professionalism, exceptional attention to details and genuine friendliness!! Glenn is simply the best, always on time, very reliable and responsive! If you want something to be done right (and no mess) - go to Glenn. I can highly recommend him !! Thank you very much, Glenn, for your excellent service!"

"Always wary about hiring the unknown, I was absolutely blown away by handyman Pro. If I could give them a 10, I would. From a great website, to Amy, the incredible office manager who answers emails promptly and professionally, to the crew Tony sent out to replace two three panel Andersen door sets and two sliders. Eddie, the crew chief, was amazing and went to extreme details to do things right! Spending 6 hours extra on the second day did not change the price, which was exactly as quoted. I never realized home improvement could be THIS easy! This is the first call you should make for any project. I know I will going forward!"
