"I hired JKN to rescreen my porch. I have an old colonial, and there were areas that needed additional work, which they performed flawlessly. I also needed the porch ceiling replaced. They recommended products for that project. Their expertise in their work. the demolition, their work and care to replace the screening and the ceiling was done in the time frame they promised. If any additional materials were needed, I was advised. The old screening and ceiling lumber were taken away for disposal, and the porch was swept and cleaned when they completed the work. Nice guys, too. That is also important to me. And they showed up when they said they would, or contacted me if there was a change in schedule. I am having them come back to do additional work. The price was reasonable. They were trustworthy and upfront about all phases of the work. I am over the moon with the end product and the quality of their work. I highly recommend JKN."

"These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. Wladimir was great to work with right from the initial site visit, to the quote, and right up through the finished product. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to projects. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. Very personable, great guy and listened to what I actually wanted and didnt just yes me to death. He knew exactly what I was expecting from the start and his guys blew away my expectations. We had been saving up for years for a new deck and Wlad and his crew were able to deliver. He offered different products and didnt try to push me towards the more expensive options and let me choose what I wanted. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered. If I ever needed more work done in the future, Wlad would be the first guy I call. If you are looking for a great company to work with I highly recommend WS Builders!"
