Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I requested a quote on Tuesday, they started work on Wednesday and worked until 9:00 pm to complete all the sanding. They remain flexible and focused working through the weekend to complete the job in time for the next step in our preparation for sale, cleaning the carpets. A very professional and customer focused team I whole heartedly recommend.
