"We were able to be very involved in the design process. We began the design process by visiting the shop. When we first went to their shop, we went on a weekend when they aren't usually open and Mr. Brooks made a special appointment to work with us. They were very flexible to meet our scheduling needs. Mr. Brooks took us on a tour and showed us all of our options. It was fantastic! We particularly appreciated that they did a custom stain for us. I had a color sample that they matched exactly. From beginning to end, it took about a month. The actually installation took only an afternoon. The installation and template process were not easy. We have an older home and the walls are not square. They seemed to be experts in what they were doing. It wasn't cheap, but it was comparable to marble prices and I have no complaints. Overall, we are extremely happy with the end product and we've gotten many compliments."
