Hello my name is Johnny Elvington. My wife, Bobbi Jo, and I have a small local business which includes getting property ready for sale, for new rental tenants, or for the owners in residence. I am a licensed electrician retired from IBEW local 20 out of Dallas and maintain my license. My wife handles all the cleaning, which includes construction clean up, make readies, or move out clean up allowing tenants to obtain their deposit, or just a weekly housekeeper if needed. I do any small construction projects, repairs, plumbing, installations and/or electrical repairs needed by clients. We both have in excess of 20 years experience individually and are very detail oriented and very reasonable in our fees.
