He gave us the options and costs involved in doing a somewhat difficult job -- the location of the breaker box was not ideal -- and didn't push the most expensive option or try to upsell us unnecessary new equipment. We agreed on the best way for us and for he and his associate Aaron to go, and they took care of it in about 3 hours. No question that we'll call Mark for all future electrical needs!"

On one cabinet that sits aline, it gave the optical illusion that it was not as bright as the other sections. When he discovered an issue with one of the outlets in question, he explained everything so that it made sense to me, then replaced the outlet box on the spot at a very reasonable price.
