"Juan crew did a fantastic job of repairing and refinishing my hardwood floors that where 70 years old!"

"We had our 100 year old oak wood floors refinished which hadn't been done for 25 years or so. Very professional, clean, did an amazing job, on time, easy to work with. The workers had to come back a second time to put another coat of (sealer?) on top because we noticed it was scratching very easily, but after they did that, we haven't had a problem. They also came back a third time to replace all of our molding (cut and stained it) which they didn't do the first time (and unfortunately wasn't part of the bid), but we were ok with that. The price was reasonable."

"Subject I had an excellent experience working with this wooden floor specialist Bryon. From start to finish, he was professional, personable, and extremely accommodating. He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. I truly appreciated his professionalism, clear communication, and respect for my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of wooden floor repairs or restoration. See 3 pics for damaged wooden floor and fourth picture of completed floor to the left of photo. He did a suburb job and yes, I will be hiring and recommending him to my friends, relatives and neighbors. Best Regards, Darryl Kimble of Hawthorne, CA"

"Very professional company and the crew was very clean and punctual. Right from the start we were instructed the whole job from beginning to end. The material of my choice was order even if it was something they did not carry. Mike and Michael were very responsible and came daily once or twice to inspect the job site. I was able to stay at my home while so much was going on and I could not have been more happier with their work and friend and family won't stop complimenting the beautiful floors."

"Isaac responded quickly to our repair request for water damaged hardwood in our kitchen. Other contractors did not seem interested in our "small" project, but Isaac took our project seriously. Our floor is an older engineered hardwood that others said was too hard to match. Isaac and his team found a match and completed our project in a timely fashion. The finished result looks great, and we are very happy with their work. I highly recommend Corazon Hardwood Floors for your flooring needs!"

"It went great. Laurie and Dave were very professional and easy to communicate with. Dave and his team did excellent work, paying attention to detail and always concerned with doing the best work rather than just getting it done quick. They installed flooring and baseboard in my entire 1400 sq ft house, including kitchen and bathrooms, and it all looks great."

"It was a pleasure working with Mario, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Mario?s team did a great job repairing my antique hardwood floor in my 110-year old house. There was water damage, dry rot and missing wood planks. They did a great job at blending in the new wood with the old wood. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly crew. The floors look beautiful! I highly recommend Mario Diaz Flooring.
The job took 3 days total including two coats of oil-based polyeurthane. Once the work was completed I had to wait a total of 48 hours before I could move my furniture back in (24 hours for the oil-based polyeurthane to dry and another 24 hours for it to cure). The smell of the top coat is very strong for the first 2-3 days as expected due to it being oil-based and not water-based. I chose a semi-gloss finish, no staining necessary. The type of wood we had to purchase to match my old floors was very expensive, but blended in nicely."

"Top notch customer service and excellent work! They installed beautiful hardwood in my hallways and refinished my existing living room and bedroom floors. They also replaced/ repaired a section of my floor and matched the color and finish perfectly! They also refinished my wood stairs and railings. At first it was not matching exact but they fixed it perfectly. Price was very reasonable and they were fast. I love supporting family owned businesses and this lovely couple are honest, eager to please their customers and the craftsmanship of their installers like Christian are excellent."

"Adam and his team were terrific. I had my wood floor in my entire house refinished and beautiful new tile installed in the kitchen. The workers were professional, clean and got the job done on time and as promised. Adam also made excellent suggestions and was always there to make sure all was going well.
