"Amazing installation of good quality pavers. I made changes in the middle and they happily accommodated my changes. The patio turned out amazing. They were also very fast and thorough and did a great job. Hire them if you want something done and you will not regret it. Looking at the quality of my work even my neighbor hired them and he works for a major home builder building thousands of homes each year and knows a thing or two about construction."

"Well, the company did not replace the large tree that bloomed. They fired the best man they had...horticulturist. AND they started doing a poorer and poorer job of "maintenance" even though they took my money every month. I finally switched. And am happier for it."

"<p>Looking for lawn treatments, I talked with a number of providers.  Bill Sapp was very straightforward and professional.  I was impressed with his reviews on Angie's List and the fact that he was a graduate of Rutgers University's Cook College, majoring in turf, landscaping, etc.  Knowing another graduate of Cook College and being impressed with her abilities, I knew I could expect great results from Bill.  We have not been disappointed and will continue to use Bill.  We are planning lighting and more landscaping this spring.  He is easy to work with and offers senior citizens' discounts.</p> <p>We have had many positive comments from neighbors and visitors about the landscaping and tree trimming.</p>"

"Initially, I needed a company to trench a water line to my garden. I contacted a few companies, some didn't respond and some quoted an exorbitant amount of money. Tom Lerch responded quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. Since we were interested in enhancing our backyard entertaining we also had Tom survey our property. He had a lot of opinions and since I had some specific design questions, he offered to put us in touch with a design architecture company. This was probably the only negative part of my overall experience with Lerch Brothers. The design company was talented, but they offered extra design ideas that I didn't request and attempted to bill me for them. This was resolved, but I found the experience a little distasteful. The installation of the garden faucet was seamless and my days of dragging 300 feet of hose is over. After brainstorming, we decided that we wanted to install a custom pergola over a patio. Tom was able to find a company that would design what we desired at a reasonable price. Once we agreed on a plan, things were very efficient afterwards. Each team that arrived for work were respectful to us and our property. They took great care to not disturb areas that were not involved in construction. When hiccups did happen, John Lerch (the project manager) was quick to contact me and resolve the issue. For example, the freight delivery was delayed in Baltimore. Instead of waiting for the local delivery company to find a truck to complete the process he sent his team to retrieve the products. I really appreciated that John was very involved in each step of construction. Even though we are just finishing up with the project, I can look at the overall experience with a great sense of satisfaction. You hear more horror stories about construction/renovation companies. I can definitely gives these guys my 100% support and recommend them to anyone."

"He is excellent. He charges me on a yearly basis. I think his work is excellent. He is fair with his prices. I think he has integrity. If you don't have integrity, you have nothing. It is just that he is in Oxford and I am in Towson. If I ask for him to do something, he does it well. I recommend people to him. Once they do it, they stick. They don't go anywhere else. They tell me that they are glad I told them about Levin Schwaninger. Levin is a good guy. Sometimes we go head to head. There is nothing wrong with that. We always come out fine. He may not agree with me all the time and I may not agree with him as well. I would use him again in the future."
