"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"Three service installers arrived on time.  In fact they called to say if they can arrive earlier which I was happy they can.    They put down a rug to protect my floor and plastic to protect the stairs going down to the basement (carpet).  They went right into the installation.  They were all very professional and kind.  They were very careful working in our home and cleaned up after they finished.   They then explained to me about the defective pump emergency alarm and the battery it takes.  Also explained how to replace the batteries in two controller boxes.  Now that this job is complete I will have "peace of mind" that my basement will not flood.   I only had one pump before, now I have two electric and one battery backup sump motors. Not only did they explain everything fully but explained what they were testing for and how we would see changes not only to our clothing, dishes, shower glass but our hair and skin.
