He was the most confident in the work and I felt was reasonable with his price expectations and of a customer. I actually think he did not charge enough! I ended up having Medina’s masonry do the entire front and backyard project after the retaining wall was completed ahead of time. They also did more than was quoted just because they went it was the right thing to do while there. Never did I get a phone call telling me “hey it’s going to be more than expected” or longer than projected. I will always be recommending Luis, his team, and using them again in the future for any project I may have."
