Bob is an excellent project manager, and offers helpful advice and suggestions throughout the project. He worked very closely with us to stay on budget and still get an amazing kitchen. We had gotten an initial quote from a kitchen design specialist that was super expensive and Bob was able to give us a better design for a much better price that was more in line with what we were comfortable spending. Felt like we were walking into a brand new house when the work was complete, but even better because it was still the house we had so many memories in. And to top that, the remodel was done almost two weeks early. I would recommend Bob and his team for any remodel project."

"We were looking to renovate just the shower section of a custom bathroom that was done 16 years ago. We went to the Bay State Bath showroom, as like so many others, we saw all the commercials, so we wanted to check them out. We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, and are so happy with the way the new shower features blend in with the existing flooring and cabinetry. Five stars to the entire team, from start to finish!"

They were able to take an empty space in my bathroom and create a plan for a shower that would fit in that space. I especially liked how I was able to see and feel some of the components they were going to use, let me pick the colors I needed and showed me pictures of how my new shower would look went it was done.
