"At first everything seemed GREAT. I gave them a 10 out of 10 review in 2024. Santos comes across as an authentic caring person with great prices. That’s why it’s with a heavy heart I have to write this review July 2025. 8 MONTHS later all the work has FALLEN apart. 1. BLACKTOP the driveway. Puddles everywhere . NO restitution 2. Installed a FENCE UNEVENLY and blamed it on the ground. NO restitution 3. Didn’t finish placing ARTIFICIAL GRASS. Paid in full. NO restitution. 4. A GARAGE DOOR installed incorrectly never corrected. paid in full. NO restitution 5. His workers broke things. NO restitution. Those were the big jobs. Plenty of indoor small jobs have simply FALLEN APART. I’m a patient and empathetic person when I see how hard people work and especially in the summer heat.
