His pricing is fair and his skill is advanced. Ours was a very large job and he never got stressed out or appeared to be rushing. "NW Premium Hardwood Floors refinished over 1,000 sq. ft. of red oak flooring and a full set of stairs in my home. They also replaced the carpet in my family room with red oak, weaving it in to the existing flooring in the connecting room. All this was completed in 4 days and they did an excellent job. Vasiliy and his crew are efficient and hard working. My husband, a fine woodworker himself, is very happy with the end result (he is very picky about wood finishing). Vasiliy's crew worked long hours sanding and preparing the floor prior to applying the 3 coats of finish. I was impressed by how hard they worked. We had 3 coats of finish applied, with a semi-satin finish which provides a little shine, but will wear better in that it tends to hide scratches and normal wear better than higher gloss finishes. We have a small dog so this was an important consideration for us. The finish is very consistent throughout, with no brush marks showing across the wide expanses. The floor looks perfectly level and smooth. Vasiliy and his crew did high quality work for us. My husband and I both love our wood floors!"

The area had been remodeled so there were large areas of just plywood and nails, etc. George was able to make our floors look as good as new using mostly the old wood and doing necessary repairs.
