"Not what I expected on project to remove ceiling drywall due to beam connected and need extra screws to uphold, overly price extra which I could have negotiated but husband was too quick to agree on, not happy at all. I still fixing up work done and painting. Remove exhaust fan and Door was replaced twice but ok still gap could have fixed with attention to detail. Now I really thinking Nayol was not being 100% honest with me about drylok screws I paid for are missing and different screws left after hard to tell HD they sell wrong screws. I thinking not sure I would hired back for another project if honesty a problem with me. Still I give them 3 stars for Tito works."

"Very well and would absolutely recommend his services. He finished the job in 1 day (sooner than originally quoted), within budget and was very responsive throughout the process. We enjoyed going to the warehouse and picking out the specific pavers we wanted in person opposed to just looking in a brochure. I would recommend that you ask for a price to remove the excess dirt/topsoil as opposed to repurposing on site, as I had to put new grass in a large majority of my backyard. This was in the contract, and I didn't ask more questions about how much dirt it could be, so lesson learned."

"We arranged a day to have the work done.  Due to a rain storm, the
original day for the work to be done had to be moved on short notice. 
The communication about moving the day was via a phone call, text
message and email - which I thought was excellent. 
When the new appointment day came, the crew arrived 10 minutes early. 
Everyone introduced themselves, josh reviewed the work to be done with
me, and then with the crew.  After that the crew positioned the truck,
got out their gear and got right to work.  The trees are too big for
them to use a truck or ladders, so they used ropes to climb up into the
tree canopy (no spikes used) and started pruning and removing dead
branches.  They worked for 4 hours with no breaks, stopped for about an
hour at lunch time, then did another 2 hours.  After the trimming work,
there was a bunch of branches on the ground, which they put through
their chipper/shredder, raked up the area, and used a blower to finish. 
If you didn't know what had happened, you'd never have been able to
tell anything was previously on the lawn.
All in all - it was a quality experience.  Work was done right by a
professional crew.  Communication was excellent.  Price was fair and
reasonable.  I'd definitely be willing to hire them again."
