Sage called in advance informing us that he is running late, which is fine with us, and we appreciate it for the call very much. Once he is onsite, he took a thorough look at our property, and told us his diagnosis, basically this issue is caused by the problem on the neighboring property. He said he can fix the problem for us on our side, but he suggested us to talk to the neighbor first and see if they can address the issue on their side first, because he thinks once our neighbor fix on their side, there shouldn't be any issue anymore. He even went beyond and offered to talk to our neighbor on our behalf! We were new to the neighbor hood , and didn't have much idea on how to approach our neighbor on this kind of issue. Sage's willingness to help is beyond our expectation. In the end, our neighbor did agree to fix on their side, so we didn't need to do anything. However, we have no doubt in our mind that if we ever need anything done to our lawn, Sage's service will be the only one we would consider. thank you!

"I bought the deal for 4hrs/1 person or 2hrs/2 people. However I got 3 people for 1hr 20minutes. It just wasn't enough time unfortunately. The work they did do was very well done and immaculate. They cleaned up everything as they went. It was like the weeds never existed. I asked them to bring a lawn mower but they forgot. The job did not get completed before they had to leave which was disappointing. If they had remembered the mower, I'm sure I would've given them all As. Oh well."

My only slight complaint is that his guys could have been more careful with some of the plantings, which were done in some haste. Even so, I highly recommend!!
