Maize Restoration & Remodeling is an organization providing various services from remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, and basements, to building decks and replacing windows/doors. The organization consist of skilled and ambitious craftsmen dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service and quality workmanship. "The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

I am a small construction company with myself and three other employee's, I do all aspects of the jobs. except, Plumbing, Electrical, Excavation, and H.V.A.C., and Plastering, which I provide the contractors for. Billing procedures, usually are 1/3 at the start, 1/3 mid point and final payment upon completion of the project. I am fully licensed and insured.
