"I have been completely satisfied with providers I've used thru Angie's List but this guy was not forthcoming. I needed a roofer due to a damaged kitchen ceiling and an approaching storm on the horizon. Unfortunately, I chose Otto over another provider. Originally, he gave me an estimate of $5,000. Ten minutes after he left, he called me to say he didn't measure the roof accurately & asked for $2,000 more. Due to the emergency situation, I agreed. Once, he had the product he told me the roof would last for twenty years. After he completed the job with the exception of finishing a strip over the inside porch, he said oh, the roof probably won't last twenty years! One of his workers left 2 strips of attached staples on top of the roof. He never came back to complete the job. I called several times within the next two years. At least 6 times he promised to come & finally, the last time I spoke with him was spring of 2017. His final response was "I decided I'm not coming out to finish the job". I would never recommend him to anyone. His attitude was lousy & he was anything but forthcoming.."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"The price I would initially say was a little high but having gone with a cheaper contractor - the work immediately from Briggs was beautiful. Briggs picked up #1 contractor's  mistake of the cement they dug up from our back walkway (which they were not supposed to touch) which the 1st contractor left in a pile in our front yard. Then Briggs put all the Granite the first contractor put against our trees to dry out because the whole patio was wet from their grounding in stone dust. Briggs lined the heavy granite in palettes in the side of our yard very neatly- which was to heavy for my husband and I to carry <br />  After picking up after the first  destructive mason ;Briggs started their own work - they did not put down granite they said we work with what we know works, We watched them the whole week work tirelessly, professionally , punctually - they were the whole package and they went over and above what we paid them for, in cleaning the mess of the first contractor. At the end the quality was lovely with Nantucket  Pavers. I thank you so much Briggs for helping us literally out of a hole.We now need the back filled in which was taken mistakenly up by the #1 contractor . It is Briggs we will be calling. "I hired Kelley Masonry to waterproof my leaking chimney/roof. Brian Kelley re-flashed, re-pointed, and re-shingled the roof after installing a water and ice shield and re-shingled the side of house where flashing had to be installed. He also sprayed the brick with a waterproof solvent. He repaired a cracked crown. Quite a bit of work, and he did an outstanding job at a competitive price, and cleaned up every day before he left. Brian was always on time and worked extremely hard all day long. This 2nd generation mason was a great hire and I plan on having him back to install a walkway. Thanks, Brian!"
