The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "I would recommend him for just about any handyman service you would want. I liked just about everything about the way they do business. We got hit by a pretty serious flood in September and they were supposed to start the work in September. They said they could do the work but the community was in trouble so we told them that we could wait. He sent one person to do a little bit at a time. He kept us informed. I really, really liked the way he did business and the way he conducted his business with the community. I've called them to come back to fix a hole in my garage roof. The price was very reasonable and the work was first rate."
