"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

"Our 800 foot gravel driveway with many deep potholes, a ridge between the wheel tracks and weeds growing in the edges needed help—badly. We wanted more than just more stone. We wanted a driveway that would look good and last. We got three estimates from three places we knew nothing about and let them tell us what they would do. Cooper's Blacktop was selected because of the multiple steps they would take and their explanation of each step's benefit and their promise to be done in a day.
