He came on a Friday afternoon, with his family in the truck, as they were going out of town, but he wanted to check our roof first. He looked in the attic and took pictures to show us. During the inspection process when looking to buy a 1935 farmhouse, Eddie provided a detailed estimate and explanation of what needed to be done to make the foundation secure. They were willing and able to make repairs that two of the larger foundation repair companies said they wouldn't do after looking at the foundation. When we decided to go ahead with buying the house and chose Floors Sag or Shake for the repairs, I told Eddie that we'd be in touch after closing. He called the morning of our closing to see if we were ready to start repairs. They started when they said they would, did they work they outlined in the contract, finished when they promised and charged the amount in the contract. This seems to be such a simple, successful business model, but is so rare to actually experience as a customer. The crew were professional, respectful and generally likable guys. The supervisor came out on a Saturday to repair a leaking pipe in the crawl space, even though they weren't completely certain that they caused the leak. Floors Sag or Shake was also responsive after the project. A few of the footings still had the wooden forms attached and the vapor barrier had shifted a bit. The crew came back out and quickly took care of both issues.

"Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.

"Everything went better than expected. Price was very reasonable and work I believe was much better quality than others offered. We had back porch enclosed and screened in, they came up with variety of options. The workmanship was excellent and communication with me as the work progressed was in a timely manner, especially with a few weather delays. They followed up in a few days and came back out to inspect again and also followed up with roof repair. Roof also was inspected and repaired without the hassle of tearing up material to find the leak. Discovered flashing just needed repairing. Told crew I would call them again for future projects and repairs if needed. Would highly recommend Bear Hands Construction, LLC hands down to anyone."

"The removal and replacement of the shingles went well. The crew did not replace the rain diverters over the entry doors. Our sales rep was responsive to text and phone messages but somehow the work never got scheduled until a phone conversation with the main office. One major drawback was that the on-site supervisor did not speak the same language as the roofing crew, I don't understand how they can work that way. Thankfully the roofing crew didn't seem to need much supervision."

"It was very good.  It was a good experience. He did an awesome job. One of the ones I really wanted repair he did not have a ladder high enough to see what was wrong so it remains not working. He tested it. I think we went over like 30 mins.  The price was for parts and time over. I would not have gotten that anywhere cheaper."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
