"We had a turtle door installed today. The service technician ,Cody Miles, was outstanding -in knowledge, work ethic and how well the task was completed. I was very fortunate to have him as a technician. Dennis (did not get his last name) the service manager was present also and was very professional, I was lucky there also. THANKS"

"Excellent. Randy came first thing in the morning and was right on time. He evaluated and took care of the problem quickly and even cleaned the windows while he was on the roof!"

"Our project manager and installation crew were both prompt and polite. They did a great job communicating and made sure our questions were answered both before and during the project. The work was completed on time and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves."

"I hired TriState to lift and stabilize my front porch after several other companies recommended a full replacement costing over $10,000. TriState offered a much more reasonable solution at $3,500, and the results were fantastic. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They required no money down, which immediately put me at ease, and their professionalism and workmanship exceeded my expectations. My porch looks great and feels completely secure again. I?m so glad I found them in Clipper Magazine?I usually rely on Angi for home projects, but this was a great find. I wouldn?t hesitate to use TriState again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality work."

"Kevin just finished the forth project at our home. Every year we collect money and hire him. By now he has worked on two bathrooms and our kitchen. Putting new tiles in one bathroom including complete replacing the structure was accomplished so well to perfection. The project he just completed was bathroom tile regrouting and fixing. We are already looking forward to hire Kevin for our next project. We completely trust him to a level that we just agree with whatever he says because we know that he suggests the best."

"Brian was quick to respond, schedule, and come out to perform service. He was pleasant and did a once over of the house to make sure additional work didn't need done at that time. He was quick and efficient to replace the rotten piece. We would hire them again as the process was so easy the work done was quality."

"They lived up to their 5 star reviews and Angie s list awards. Honest in assessing what was wrong Instead of a sales pitch with pressure. Installers were very professional, cleaned up each day explaining what was being done each step of the way. Had work done in May and very satisfied. Will be referring them to friends and family."

"My house 80 year old house is 1/2 brick and 1/2 stucco. When I noticed some water damage on one of my interior walls, I took a good look at the exterior of the house and realized that I had a lot of mortar that had eroded over the years and a section of stucco under a second floor  window which had cracked and pulled away from the house.
Grover came out to inspect the house and determine which sections of brick would need to be repaired. I really appreciate that he didn't just address the area of the house that was leaking. He went a step further and found every spot around the exterior where the mortar was breaking down. I'm sure that some people would have either ignored this step, or told me that they would have to tuck point the entire house which would have cost me a lot of money. Instead, I got every trouble spot on my house repaired and no unnecessary work done.
The stucco that he repaired looks amazing. He matched the original texture exactly. On top of all this, the price was very reasonable. I don't feel like I could have gotten a better deal for the work done.

Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. After getting 4 different bids I choose Window City - what a great choice!! Greg walked me through the product details, the estimate was really the final cost!! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of their craft and VERY respective of my personal property both inside my home and outside. Ron and Elijah did the install - they are very hard working, know what they're doing, work very well together, professional, respective of property, cleaned up after they were done and I don't know how they managed to finish the job in the pouring rain. They kept everything dry but themselves. They should really be commended for their fantastic efforts to get the job done in one day!!

My home is now very soundproof, airtight, secure  and very pleasing to the eyes with the Vista Window.  I've already recommended Window City to my friends, neighbors and co-workers and will continue to do so.  Thank you Window City!!
