"I recently contracted Victor to do a couple projects on my home and was very pleased with his work. I first needed roof cleaning services to remove some algae and stains that had built up on shaded and northerly exposed areas of my roof. Victor worked carefully and meticulously to fully clean the roof and restore it to good condition. I also needed repairs to the roof fascia and a section of aluminum siding that had been damaged by a fallen tree branch. Other contractors I spoke with claimed that I couldn’t repair just a section of the siding and would need to replace the entire wall to avoid a mismatch of old and new colors. However, Victor was able to remove the damaged section of siding, replace it with a new section and then paint the new siding with an exact match in paint color so that it was impossible to tell where the damage had been. I was very happy with the quality of Victor’s work and his willingness to figure out a way of inexpensively replacing and painting over the damaged parts of my siding. l would definitely recommend his services."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job.
