"Great service! Showed up right on time and took less than an hour to complete repair. No surprises and cost was as quoted. Replaced partial lock on sliding glass door, cleaned tracks, and lubricated rollers. Definitely recommend and will use again when needed."

"We initially hired Chris to finish a small bathroom remodel, including installing new shower panels, new vanity countertop, new sink and some drywall repair. He did an amazing job, took his time and really paid attention to the details. The bathroom looks amazing thanks to him. We also hired him to install some new interior doors and a new swamp cooler. Chris stayed till every detail was taken care of and the job was complete. Highly recommend & we will hire him again!"

"Our house was in such bad shape. We had badly peeling siding and trim and both had boards missing or broken. Robert came out the same day my husband talked to him and gave us a very reasonable price quote that evening. Within a few days, they started the job; they pressure washed, fully caulked and primed, repaired and painted our 3200 sq ft house in less than five days. Now we have a new home (or it seems like it anyway!). They have done a beautiful job! Thanks so much!"

"Last Spring we hired Mountain Valley Roofing to give us a new roof. We were very pleased with the job that Mountain Valley Roofing had completed. The attention to detail, the prompt serice, professionalizem and workmanship was much more than a re-roof They did an outstanding Job!! the craftmenship and dedication says way more then the job itself. Very Happy with Mountain Valley Roofing we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof or repair, from start to finish they were Prompt and Professional the entire time."

"I found Troy's number under Carpenter (finnish) and Handymen. After leaving a message on Troy's voicemail, Troy was the first to call back.Troy came up to my home in Incline Village and gave us a free estimate.I had water damage and carpenter ants, and Troy had to replace two sliding doors and repair the damage from the water and ants. In the process I asked Troy if he did tile. As mentioned above Troy tiled several areas in our home.My only hesitation in writing this review is Troy may be too busy the next time I need his services. If you are looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman look no further. Troy's charges were fair and his service was excellent."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I cannot say enough about how well Todd and Dan managed our floor/wall repair project.  It included a water damage demolition team, flooring team from Simas Flooring, drywall team, and baseboard install. Todd was able to be present when the independent insurance adjuster had an appointment and was very helpful in alerting and reminding the adjuster of important items for the insurance quote. Subsequently they managed the actual project with the various flooring and drywall people and it went pretty much according to plan.  All of the workers did great work, but especially want to mention the incredible baseboard work, absolutely beautiful!  Also a shout out to Dan who did an excellent job of communicating via phone, text, and email ? which I
think is the key to a happy customer.  We have had two significant projects (total value over $25K) with Reno Renovators in the last two years and the most important thing we can say is that we trust them."
