"I wouldn't recommend them. We ordered all the stuff before we moved into our new house. There seemed to be some changes in the company, so the person that was working with us left pretty soon thereafter. We felt like there wasn't a lot of time between the first person and the last. There were a number of things on backorder. A number of things arrived broken and actually continued to arrive broken. There were a couple of glass parts that arrived broken 3 or 4 times before I finally had to call them. I called them and they said they would just order them again. We had done that 4 times and I didn't think it would be any different. So I called the manufacturer and had them ship the parts directly to me. They weren't very responsive particularly in terms of correcting a problem. They were pretty disorganized. Everything is resolved at this point. The only thing nagging was getting the broken parts replaced and we did that. I wouldn't go back there."

"I called Keith to set up a time to come and look at the project. He met me the next day and emailed me an estimate the following day. Keith was able to work around my schedule and completed the electrical rough in work in two days. Keith was able to set up temporary lighting so the drywall crew could do their work better. Keith came back once the drywall and paint was done and finished the electrical work. I made a few changes along the way and Keith and his crew were able to accommodate my requests. This is the fourth time I have used Hayes Electric and will continue to do so. Keith goes out of his way to make sure you receive quality work and customer service!!"

"Mr. Sanchez work and professionalism was far past expectations. It was the ultimate perfection! He showed up on time, super polite, courteous often with a smile. First thing he did was hand me the invoice and ask me where was it appropriate to park. He asked should he put the roots and refuse out in the trash and agreed to take a couple hundred feet to the woods as I wanted! I thought he was done laying topsoil and I did not notice it was not level. He said know he wanted to make it more level. His price was fair and reaaonable. I will have first chance of all my future landscape work!"
