"This was the third time we've used Aspen, and everything went great as usual. Making the appointment was easy and quick, and they were able to come at a time that was convenient. Allison showed up right on time to start the job, and Sam arrived later (as planned) to help. <br /> Allison started by cleaning out the gutters and downspouts, and she told me that the downspouts and French drains were all clear. I noticed that Allison was careful to put booties on her shoes whenever she came into the house, and she carefully took them off as she stepped outside. <br /> About the time she finished with the gutters, Sam showed up to wash the insides of the windows while Allison worked on the outsides. I saw them carefully examine their work and even rewash sections that weren't perfectly clear. When they were finished, the difference was fantastic. <br /> They were extremely careful as they moved their ladders and equipment around the house. <br /> Cleaning windows seems like such a messy job, with plenty of potential for collateral damage, but they didn't leave behind even a trace of dirt - and I checked carefully. <br /> Both of them were friendly, polite, and professional. I cannot imagine how they could have done a better job. <br />"

They were very knowledgeable about old homes. They explained to me that they could not remove certain paint smears because a razor blade leaves permanent scratches on this old glass. Thank you for knowing what you are doing! Sorry, I can't remember exactly how much I paid. I hired this company through an Angie's List special promotion. I paid a bit extra to have additional panes cleaned. The job was a great value!"

Rodney and his helper Ben did a very thorough cleaning and were very careful when moving their hoses and equipment inside the townhome. Rodney explained the process and kept me informed. After they cleaned the dryer vent, he informed me that it was almost plugged and could have started a fire. Also, it was very easy to schedule an appointment with it.
