"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

"Despite their company name, Sixpenny Chimney Sweeps does clean gutters. Right now many gutter cleaning companies are booked through May and some into mid-June. My gutters overflowed in the last storm, rain is predicted for tomorrow, and I couldn’t get my regular gutter guys. So, I was very pleased that the woman, Catherine, who answered the phone really cared about my situation. She reached out to the technicians and fit my house into their schedule today. "When scheduling an appointment, they recommended cleaning the vents after I had carpet and wood floors installed. I asked if a video of the vent/duct in one bedroom could be done to determine if something was blocking the air flow, which was a service the company could provide. I also I was provided a quote by phone for the number of vents in my home. The quote was accurate when the servicemen arrived. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. The lead person explained everything that was being done prior to the work being performed on the unit. Pictures were taken of the furnance with recommendations for additional service, no pressure to have it done at the time of service."
