"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. "Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. "We did a lot of research and wanted a roof for our single family home that would last and not have to be replaced after 20-30 years. We discovered the ECO-Star synthetic slate tiles which are made from recycled tires and could be recycled again after they need replacement in 50 - 100 years! This sustainability appealed to us. We’d rather pay double now the price of a shingle roof (1800 ft) and be done with it for good in our life time. The higher price is mostly due to the more extensive work involved. And we are very happy with Riba Construction’s work. The foreman H.B. did an incredible job, communicated well and answered all our questions. He really took his time to meticulously make sure everything was done properly. The company owners came multiple times ether to check in with us or to help with the work. It took a bit longer than anticipated but we’d rather have a job done well than rushed. An Eco Star inspector came out and validated that their product was installed to their specifications. And now we have a 50 year warranty on it. It was a pleasure having H.B. and his crew around. We can highly recommend Riba Construction."
