We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. I really appreciated his approach to estimating the work, informing me about their process, and listening as he answered all my questions. The installers (Christian and Gabriel) were awesome as they expertly completed the work, kept me informed as needed along the way, and kept my home clean throughout the process (i.e., removing old carpet/padding, preparing sub-floor, etc.).
