"The entire process was well done from start to finish. I booked the job during the winter to ensure I would be an early spring installation. Scott was really easy to work with, very responsive and fully executed the items in our contract. Once the guys got started the whole process was fast. Removed old concrete porch, excavated the area, installed / compacted 5 inches of crushed stone, put a base of polymetric sand and then laid the pavers. They were perfectionists as well using survey equipment to get the right heights and slopes. The patio looks amazing. And the drainage solution Scott and team did has improved my surface water problem tremendously in my yard. Just a fantastic experience! One thing I will advise other homeowners is to understand there are upgrade options for the pavers and they are worth it. So budget in $1-2 extra per square foot from the contract price to ensure you get what you want."

"Excellent! We needed 4 Timber Retaining Walls that were jointly owned by 6 households (10 people) torn down & Replaced with Stone Retaining Walls. (Not an easy feat with multiple households, one being out of state for an extended period.) However, the paperwork was managed easily by A & J Excavation. All signatures were obtained electronically and work was able to begin. At the jobs completion, everyone was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. CAM Landworks came in and build a swale in the pasture working around the constraints of existing water lines. Now we do not have any more standing water, and the rain has been redirected to flow along our property perimeter. CAM Landworks also hand built a new drain basin next to the garage, installed a much larger drain pipe, and it works great. "We had 9 windows installed. Overall, the installation went well. Only issue was when the trim was re-installed, there were marks left on my freshly painted walls. I will have to go back and touch them up. For the painting, 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairwell were painted. Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. No issues at all with this. The floors look beautiful.
Millenium offers quality work at an affordable price. They are usually good in responding to any issues or questions. You just need to know that since they have different crews, you may not get the same guys for your project.
We have used Millenium for several projects over the past two years and will definitely use them again. No one contractor is perfect, but as long as the end of the project meets your expectations, that contractor deserves to be considered for future projects. Millenium meets this criteria.
