"I contacted them to a dug up the floor and a separate plumber will be hired to replace a leaking pipe and and Service Team Professionals would have to put the floor back. I have submitted all the documents from the insurance company, that has all my contact information, and after they've reviewed the documents they called and said that they couldn't do the job because, they would not make a profit out of the project and they don't do the work despite me having the extra money for the project.
