"The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"I highly recommend Mr. Roof to replace your roof. Paul is an expert. He evaluated our roof and provided a recommendation to us. He chose a new roof asphalt color that matched our 15 year old garage. Our house was built in 1926 and it had four previous roofs that needed removed. Those layers were a shingle roof, two asphalt tile roofs and a cedar shake roof all on a layers of strip wood. He had his team remove that four layered roof. Then he applied plywood sheathing. Then they expertly laid down asphalt shingles. The crew was clean, safe efficient and worked quietly and quickly. Mr. Roof's crew kept the yard very neat and they left the yard immaculate. We appreciated Mr. Roof's expert roof replacement job. They were able to get us scheduled during a good weather window. "Definitely hire Northern Pacific Exteriors (NPE) if you want high quality meticulous work done efficiently, safely, and right on budget and schedule. I purchased my first home ever in 2019, but it needed major refurbishments (which is part of what put it within my reach financially). All of my neighbors advised me to get this James Hardie siding, so I researched the brand, submitted an inquiry through their website, and was contacted by NPE. They provided a quote for the siding so I knew what to budget for, but the roof needed to be replaced first. I used NPE for my roof replacement since I knew I was planning to use them for my siding project, and drew up a multi-year financial plan to tackle these projects. On both jobs, NPE's team worked efficiently and did an outstanding job. The guys showed incredible attention to detail and I could tell they all really took pride in their work. In addition to the siding installation, they took out a chimney that had considerable rot, and installed a new window to in its place to bring the light in. This also meant fixing the roof line.
