This is not a complaint but typical of most contractors I have hired. No supervision. A crew came out did the work but as far as I know no one checked on them. After the job was complete I was asked if they did a good job. I am in no way qualified to comment on a roofers work or a railing installer or plumber or a/c installer."

"The service went very well. The roof replacement took as long as advised by the owner of Trademark. Sam (the owner) was quick to respond to any questions that we had throughout the process, and was very friendly. We had an incident where we had signed agreements to have Trademark replace our roof, then a storm came through and destroyed a portion of our roof. I contacted Sam regarding this and he advised us on what to do with our insurance company. They helped make the process of getting the insurance claim through nearly effortless. Sam continued to answer any questions that I had even after the service was complete. I like that they are not a "one and done" contractor.
