So by using my past experiences with other maids as a measuring stick, I can definitely say that Nancy Ann has shown me what exceptional maid service really looks like. She has such attention to detail and she cleans and dust areas I donâ t prevent think of. I have carpet treads on the wooden steps in my garage that lead into my house and she even vacuumed those. I didnâ t think they would have been included in the service. Before she arrives, I think my house looks pretty clean. However, when she leaves I can definitely tell the difference. She is always on time and she is a very pleasant person to deal with. I certainly can recommend her without reservations and would give her a 5+ if I could."

The air in my home was noticeably cleaner when she was done. We have 2 German Shedders and learned to live with the hairs - but when she was done, you'd be hard-pressed to find ONE. Little touches like leaving Glade Plug-Ins were a delightful surprise. I am no stranger to housekeeping services, and know a gem when I see one. She is passionate about her work and takes it seriously. She's not one of those that merely gives the ILLUSION of clean - it's bonafide CLEAN.
