"KPI Sanded and sealed new flooring inside our cottage and sanded and sealed our covered porch floor. It looks fantastic! We then had KPI install new carpet in our primary residence and refinish our wood floors in the home. Everything looks fantastic and Rob Oley and crew are wonderful to work with."

"Frank and his team of flooring installers did an amazing job removing old carpet, repairing the wood subfloor, and installing underlayment and marmoleum cinch loc planks throughout the entire condo. Frank was prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable, and flexible with our schedules. Highly recommend this company!"

"I was very impressed with David's responsiveness and every member of his crew was a pleasure. They completely removed the kitchen floor (and several layers of subfloor) in my 100+ year-old home, made repairs to floor joists and installed new flooring that looks beautiful. It was an evolving project and I appreciated the team's flexibility and speed with which they completed the project."

"Beautiful work. They worked with us on our vinyl plank flooring choice and installed in 1 day. They did everything they promised and communication was excellent. Highly recommended."

"Repair went well. Technician arrived on time and was working all day to re point the chimney and re line it. He even repainted where paint had flaked off accessing the chimney to re-line."

"ACS Wood Flooring were excellent from start to finish. I had 2 rooms of oak floors refinished. The 3 workers were great. They stayed on task and the floors look new again. They were clean and paid attention to detail. I would recommend them strongly. There was one tiny issue which Adrian went above and beyond to make it right very quickly."

"Communication was perfect. John answered every message quickly, explained each step of the refinishing process, and kept us updated every day."
