"Grand Bay did a phenomenal job installing a new service panel in our home. The crew that they sent out were amazing. Not only did they install a new panel, sub panel and hot tub hook up, They also put in (6) GFI's and ceiling fan. We were so happy with the service we received and would recommend Bay Electric to anyone who needs an electrical job done right, these guys rocked it. "I hired Josh and his team for a big job - two new breaker panels, new electric line to upstairs unit [it's a duplex], and trench for buried cable to garage where he did two new sub panels and 50amp car charger circuits. All this for $11k, about 1-2K less than a couple other local contractors. He is personable, works hard, and is quick to answer questions. Would recommend for electrical projects large or small. Thanks Josh!"

"I put in my claim with choice home warranty and CHW setup an appointment for/with Demond electric company The technician arrived I paid the required service fee charge (the service fee varies per state -i have used CHW in 3 different states and the service fee was affordable for the 3 different states) The Demond Electric technician Paul was very very professional, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
