"It was our third time using The Handy Veteran and it will not be the last. Kevin and his team are absolutely top notch! Our first job with Kevin was to replace and paint all of the wood and trim in our entire house, replace carpet with LVP flooring on a third of the floors in our 3000sqf home, refaced our fireplace, install a new front door, & paint the entire house. Second job was to repair and paint our large deck. This last job was to replace more floors, remodel our guest bathroom and hang multiple lights fixtures. Our first job was in 2020 and the initial work they did is still perfect. Kevin stands by his work. He is not satisfied until the job is done right and was extremely accommodating to all of our requests. He wanted us satisfied and happy with the work and even made some great suggestions that really enhanced the final outcome. "Quote to remodel a hall bathroom was terrific; Gilbert was a pleasure to deal with? but the crew were clearly not licensed to do plumbing, electrical or tiling. Tiling is uneven, one of the floor tiles was cracked, had to get an electrician in when the ceiling light in the master bath went out. Electrician explained Gilbert?s guys had moved wiring sloppily which caused the issue. Lots is small things were supposed to be finished and Gilbert disappeared. No contact by email, text or phone. Extremely disappointing. Would NOT recommend. "
