"Gerry and his crew built us a screened in covered porch/deck. It was a great choice. The crew worked hard and and finished the work in a couple of weeks. The deck is a huge improvement over what we had before, and exactly what we were looking for. The construction is solid and well built. Working with Gerry is easy, and very straightforward, I absolutely recommend DDK!"

"Deck looks absolutely beautiful! Will be asking him to come back to build another one on the back porch."

"This man is terrific, He does excellent work at a more than fair price. He understands what is needed, makes good suggestions when needed and does what he says he will do. He stays in communication with you, so you know what to expect. He tore out an old deck and built an entirely new one. He cleans up completely. We have special needs and he understood them and really made something for us that makes our lives safer and easier. He is a kind man. I can not recommend highly enough."

"I posted an earlier review for front yard landscaping, but Benn also repaired and/or replaced several sections of wooden privacy fence. This included the removal and replacement of posts in concrete and re-leveling and aligning the old and new sections. Again, communication was perfect and the results were as expected. Benn is trustworthy, smart, respectful, and gets job started and completed as promised. Some people over-promise and under-deliver, but Iâ d say Benn does the opposite."

"Lyda Building and Refinishing recently completed a rebuild of our existing deck using TimberTech for the floor and wood for the railing, complemented by a cable system. His work and craftsmanship were impeccable. He and his crew showed up every day and worked until the project was completed. They were all professional, nice, and a joy to work with. He kept the job site clean and offered suggestions that improved the overall product. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to rebuild an existing deck or build from the ground up."

"Did a very nice job building our new deck with roof and screen in porch. Would highly recommend"

"Josh was impressive from the very beginning. I needed to repair deck boards from several decks that had failed or discolored due to sun exposure or other issues. It was a bit complicated because the failed boards were along the deck perimeter and required the dismantling of deck railing and other parts. Josh found the sole manufacturer of the boards (in Canada) and located distributers in the US and sorted out the delivery logistics...not a fun task. He called me and we discussed various options and came to an agreement on the cost and timing which I thought was very reasonable. Josh didn't require money up front and I knew he was a man of his word, and he clearly knew how to handle and manage the work. Josh and his team arrived on the agreed date and completed the work in two days. They did an impressive job and made some changes that were improvements over the original installation. They also uncovered a few minor construction issues which they repaired. Josh is top of my call list!"

"Jesse did an outstanding job! He transformed our back deck by installing a railing and gutters, He repaired the flooring and the steps leading off the deck and added non-slip strips. He also power-washed the house and, noticing some minor issues, made some additional suggestions and repairs. Jesse was very friendly. and pleasant. The cost was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely fashion. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We recommend Renaissance Property Services wholeheartedly and without reservation. Great job!"

"I got the date wrong and had not removed furniture from 2 porches, but he handled it and did a great job!"
