They removed the old fence around our entire back yard and swimming pool in less than a day and installed the new fence in less than two days. "The repair and cleaning was completed in a timely fashion. Since, we ordered the covers ourselves, he return on another day to do the installation. Company was very accommodating and communication via email or phone was reliable. We are very pleased with the work and will be using him again. Addition: Jim returned to install the two gutter covers as promised on Saturday, 10/17/20. We were waiting for the wasps to leave their nest before installing the last two covers. Job paid in full previously, so no charge for this."

"Mason is an extremely professional contractor. He is very prompt in returning emails and texts (something that I found is rare among many other contractors), he shows up when he says he will show up, is very careful to keep surrounding areas in your home as clean as possible, and is very professional and trustworthy. I had no qualms about him working in my home while I was away. He is also really enjoyable to be around. He did a terrific job installing a new cabinet and granite countertop in my bathroom along with a new toilet and floor. He also installed two new GIF outlets and fixed a small plumbing issue. When I wasn't happy with the transition between my new bathroom floor and the adjacent room, Mason redid the work to my satisfaction without any trouble at all. His costs are comparable to other estimates that I received for this job. Overall, I'm pleased with the way this project turned out and really enjoyed getting to know Mason!"

"From start to finish, the project went excellent. We found Todd at a Home Show, and made an appointment for him to come to our home. As it was a replacement, we were able to provide the size of the deck before hand. Todd came, with all kinds of samples and initial drawings based upon our numbers. Todd listened to what we really wanted, low maintenance and simple design. After deciding on the material, then Todd had an online tool, and quot;Trex Color Visualization Tooland quot; where we could change the colors and see how they would look together. Originally we were going with only one color, but based on this tool, we choose accent colors. Glad we did, because it really looks good. Todd explained the entire process of the project, from removal to completion, and that there may be slight delays due to weather and the schedule of the Township's building inspector. <br /> They started on a Monday, we had agreed upon and took the old deck down and most of the debris removed (excess was stacked neatly on the driveway, out of our way). Rather than use the old support, they put in new cement thingies, to support the new deck. Built the framework and covered it with the materials we had purchased. There were very minor delays, waiting for inspections, but we were prepared for them. On Friday, it was all completed. And beautiful. <br /> Throughout all entire construction process, the area was kept reasonably clean and orderly. The way they had placed the materials, and even the work trucks, was in such a way, that we had no problem getting in and out of our garage. I worked from home while they were here and the crew seemed like not only were they good, they seemed to enjoy their work. I gathered a sense of pride. <br /> The job went well and was completed in a reasonable time frame. However, there was some builder grade siding that did not meet up with the deck after the completion. I called Todd and he immediately had an idea to use some trim that would match the deck. They came out and installed the trim and everything is fantastic. <br /> I would recommend Garloff Carpentry to anyone looking to build a deck. I am very satisfied with them, pre-sale, during construction, and post-completion. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"
