"The job was quoted. Matt made good suggestions to improve upon our design but gave us the choice to accept or not. No pressure. For example we were thinking of a four foot fence, but he thought five would be more effective for preventing deer. The gate was upgraded also. <br /> <br />Materials took about a month to get in the colors we wanted for the fence and posts. Mid-month Matt called, apologized for the delay and said if we wanted standard color posts and fence, he could start sooner. We said to wait for what we ordered and wanted. <br /> <br />Construction went very quickly with three employees. Matt was very insistent to his people that they must not walk through the garden since it was about half planted when they installed the fence. Clean up was thorough. Quality was also excellent. "The repair and cleaning was completed in a timely fashion. Since, we ordered the covers ourselves, he return on another day to do the installation. Company was very accommodating and communication via email or phone was reliable. We are very pleased with the work and will be using him again. Addition: Jim returned to install the two gutter covers as promised on Saturday, 10/17/20. We were waiting for the wasps to leave their nest before installing the last two covers. Job paid in full previously, so no charge for this."

"Manny is the best contractor I've ever dealt with when it comes to returning phone calls, scheduling a time to come out, and getting an estimate to you. <br /> I had a wood fence, but I really wanted to switch to vinyl when it was time to replace it. My backyard is not an easy one to fence. I have two large walnut trees on one side of my property line and 2 deck footers where fence posts needed to go. <br /> When Manny came to my home we discussed various options on how to install the fence. He listened to my concerns and I listened to his concerns, and he came up with a plan that would work for my yard. <br /> Manny scheduled two days for the job and even worked his schedule around my only day off so I could be there for the actual installment of the fence behind the trees. Good news - he and his crew finished it in one day. (He stayed a few hours late to complete it!) "They were very thorough and gave us a lot of information before the job was started. Once they started it, they kept on it until it was finished. It turned out very well. They said we might need adjustments on the fencing down the road. They told us just to call and they would send somebody out to adjust the fence here and there after everything settles over time. "A+++! Mason initially beautifully repaired a cracked and water damaged ceiling for us before we put our house up for sale. Fortunately, we then had immediate buyers and the sale progressed quickly, but of course we had a few things to have repaired in order to get a clear CO and to accommodate inspection repair requests. This included some electrical work, stair repair, roof repair, support beam repair, wood rot repair, among a few other items. I appreciated being able to count on Mason for a quick response and fitting our repair into his schedule quickly so we could meet our tight deadlines to inspectors and buyers. So I emailed Todd, and he said no problem, he would be out in the next week to fix it. Good to his word, it has been fixed.
