"Found Destre on Angi after another contractor came out and completely botched the job. Wanted to replace the weather stripping around rear patio door. The previous contractor ruined the bottom seal on the door and left us with a/c escaping and the flys and mosquitoes coming in. Called and spoke to Destre and he came out within an hour. installer was Craig, who was not very good. told me he would be on the jobsite whenever his guys were there - but he wasn't. also took a long time to come back and recaulk the subpar work his guys did.
as for the product - they are OK. just your basic vinyl windows. overall, i was pleased enough. would use them again."
