"We called and quot;Duct Medicsand quot; and told Lazlo that we live in a tri-level home, and how many air ducts and cool air returns that we have. He gave us an estimate, which we felt was a very fair price, no hidden cost and so decided to hire him. We made an appointment for Tuesday, November 20, 2012. He said that he would be here at 8am (he was very prompt), he showed us the filters that the dust would be traveling to, then he brought in all his equipment, and went straight to work! Wrapped the vents with clinging plastic.and vacumning all around the vent. He had to cut a hole somewhere in the basement. My husband was watching him do this. He set up to record a dvd of the work he was doing and we got to see firsthand on a monitor the stuff being blown out of the ducts. He worked straight through. When it was finished, he cleaned up after himself, and checked thingsout such as the heat register when the furnace was running, and it seemed to blow out more warm air from the furnace, he then showed us the box with the filter, and it was just loaded with dust! After that, we sat down at the kitchen table, made a check out to his company. He gave us the receipt, the DVD, and a pack of microwave popcorn! (LOL), enjoy the movie, but don't expect sound!
