Since the floor was dirt there became a slight pitch situation with the concrete floor, Matt and his crew adjust the slope of the floor, however I particularly loss the use of the access door. Matt came back and cut the block, installed at new door and added a concrete step. It's perfect now. Thanks Matt. Matt is very professional as is the rest of his crew. "Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

Think of cement as the glue and concrete as the finished product. Cement is a powdered mix of heated limestone and clay. When you blend that powder with water, sand, and gravel, it hardens into concrete—the strong, durable material used for driveways, patios, and foundations. A concrete driveway endures for 25 to 30 years with proper maintenance and installation. A concrete driveway lasts long because its durable composition and robust construction provide excellent resistance to wear and weather.
