I set an appointment for them to come see the section of my roof in need of repair so they could give me an estimate. I received a thank you a day or two later in the US mail for allowing them to visit my home. My project involved a special order skylight from Denmark because the flashing from my old skylight is no longer made. They completed the bulk of job in 1 day . They returned twice to match and install the interior trim on the skylight . After I received and paid bill , I received another thank you , this one came from the email of the president of the company. I could not be more pleased."

"I recently hired Penn Ohio to do a roof repair. They responded quickly and came out within the week to give me a quote. The repair was simple except it isn't always easy to stop a leak. After they repaired and replaced some shingles for the repair, it rained and it was still leaking. I talked to Dustin and he explained it isn't always easy to find and fix the leak. I used to work on cars and had to trace repairs regularly and understand how that works. But he said they would come back out and address the issue again. He asked me to pay a little more for the crew, but covered the material. Which I think is fine. They came out and did a fantastic job...again. Honest and fair. All you can ask for."
